A remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP, read-only, no sign-in) for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any other MCP client. In Claude, add it as a custom connector with that URL; in Claude Code run claude mcp add --transport http mapledger https://mapledger.app/mcp. It gives the same answers as the maps, from the same rules:

Answers are screening estimates with their sources, not zoning letters or legal advice. Austin lot sizes, ordinances and addresses are read from the City of Austin's public map services at the time of the call. What the server receives and counts is on the privacy page; the terms of use cover it too.

The response includes capture details, total matches, current page, and up to 100 records. Pages start at 1. Results come from the published central Austin snapshot.

Coverage and capture history

Returns the geographical bounding box, collection timestamp, source release, fingerprint, history, and available sectors.
Exports
GET /api/v1/businesses?q=coffee&format=csv
Large exports return 413 with instructions to narrow the search. Use the paginated endpoint for larger collections. CSV includes attribution, dates and scores, and guards spreadsheet formulas. Phone numbers are in international format (+1…) and coordinates are plain numbers; some spreadsheet apps drop a phone number’s leading + unless the column is imported as text.
Data is cached at the edge for up to one hour. There is no paid tier. Please reuse downloaded data instead of repeatedly fetching identical results.
Read the data accurately
Missing fields are unknown, not a confirmed absence. Capture dates differ from source observation dates. No Google rankings are supplied. See methodology and attribution.
